Problem
Different methods, techniques and tools can be used for business process simulation. The goal of this dissertation is comparing three different business process simulation techniques:
- Business process simulation using a business process modeling tool (e.g. GIMP)
- Business process simulation using R
- Business Process simulation using Arena
