Problem

Different methods, techniques and tools can be used for business process simulation. The goal of this dissertation is comparing three different business process simulation techniques:

  1. Business process simulation using a business process modeling tool (e.g. GIMP)
  2. Business process simulation using R
  3. Business Process simulation using Arena
